A friend had sent an email round robin regarding a flat that she had. She was looking for new tenants and wondered if any of her friends knew someone who knew someone.....
Funnily enough, it just so happened that a mum at the school had mentioned that her 'nanny' was looking for a flat.
So I put the nanny in touch with my friend and hey presto!!!!
My friend has a new tenant.
It's one of those things that had all the right timing.
It feels good to be able to help.
