Sometimes the things that we do are about the things that will be left behind.
And by that, I mean, that our actions of today might well be what we are remembered for. Obviously not everything that we do will go down in the annals of history, whether personal or public, but to some degree, in this world of technology, not a lot gets missed.
I do think about the legacy I will leave behind for my child and then hopefully her children. But then this becomes about perception and that is such an individual thing, a faceted thing, that changes imperceptibly almost without detection.
I want to expand on the post some more, but I've run out of time for the moment.
